Regular Sunday workshop will cover, mornings Silk Reeling and Standing Chi Kung with Tai Chi forms. Afternoon Push hands, Weapons forms and more advanced techniques.

Mostly the venue will be Henleaze Infant School, Park Grove, Henleaze, Bristol 10:00-12:30 and then 1:30-4  (click here for a map)

The cost of  Sunday will be £35 or £20 for half a day.

Friday Morning Workshops on Tai Chi form

Friday mornings in Thornbury  from 10 - 12:30.

The venue for the sessions may vary so please do contact the school if you are planning on coming. There may well be other classes on the Saturdays so do enquire beforehand if you are coming a long distance and want to make a weekend of it.
