This book by Chen Zheng Lei, one of the leading Chen style Tai Chi Masters, has excellent pictures and instructions on the movements of the Laojia form. This is the main form we study at the school.

This book by Mark Chen is both practical and easy to read. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to start Tai Chi classes. A frank and useful insight into Tai Chi skill development.
