Please bear in mind that once booked into a course you can come to any of the classes to create a flexible training programme. Not necessarily on the same day each week, or if you miss a week you can double up the following week etc. Tai Chi Basics Course – start with a foundation course , here you can learn the basics of tai chi principles, chi kung exercise and the short form of Chen style Tai Chi. The perfect start to the evening or day. Basic Tai Chi forms in easy to follow weekly classes. Tai Chi Advanced Course – People from the first group can then, by invitation and prior discussion with the instructor, progress to the Tai Chi advanced class. Topics for the forms groups vary, but include long form, weapons forms, and partner work.

Please note if you pay by PAYPAL its a little bit more expensive to cover the surcharge. Bank transfer, cash and cheque carry no surcharge.
